Ocean County Beach Easement Information
Easements are a necessary component of our ability to restore the Jersey Shore and protect our homes for years to come. Our dune system must be rebuilt and the State of New Jersey and Army Corp Of Engineers are implementing a dune restructuring plan to insure the safety of our neighborhoods in Ocean County.
